A National Healthcare Recruitment Firm is searching for an Account Executive to sell Recruitment Services to hospitals, hospital groups, clinics and private practices.

Duties will include developing clients from marketing lists, negotiating fees and securing signed contracts for open job orders.

Once contract is in place, the hiring needs of the client will be assessed in great detail and the orders will be submitted to team of recruiters.

The ideal candidate will have a 4 year degree and 3 or more years of sales experience selling to hospital/clinical accounts C & D Level.

Knowledge of internal hospital procedures for becoming an approved vendor, working with HR and/or Purchasing, etc. is essential to the success of this position.

Candidates with a clinical background will also be considered.

Candidates must be proficient in MS Office programs and have prior experience using ATS/CRM software solutions.
